Registration is now open for The ECS Brokerage Event, which will return to Brussels on 4&5 February 2026 at a new venue location; The EGG, Brussels.
The event combines the brokerage activities of the industry associations AENEAS, EPoSS and INSIDE into one networking event dedicated to project proposals for the new Chips JU Calls 2026.
This event gathers the ECS community around project ideas, allowing it to network, build consortia and start creating project proposals.
We encourage you to plan your travel and accommodation early, as back-to-back events are scheduled before and after the Brokerage.

We are glad to also invite you to the ICOS Final Event which will take place at The Faculty in Brussels on February 3rd. This is a side event of the ECS brokerage Event.

Pitch applications have now closed and succusful applicants will be contacted by the end of the day on 30th January with their pitch time slot and poster number.
You can still however upload you project idea and/or poster into the ECS Collaboration Tool for potential project partners to browse and connect with you, ahead of the event.

Pitch times will be allocated via email in the week leading up to the event.

Please note the above prices are per person and exclusive of VAT. The participation fee must be paid in advance of the event (non-refundable). Filling in your VAT number in the registration process is mandatory due to tax requirements.
You must register using your professional email address so that we can confirm your member/non-member status and approve your registration.
*Members of the European Commission and Member States Representatives may register for free. Event costs will be removed when the Organisation Type is selected when registering.
Hotel and travel costs are not included.
As spaces to the ECS Brokerage are limited and registration is via application, please do not book travel or accommodation until you have received confirmation that your registration has been accepted.
Please note that photos and video content will be taken during the event.
In preparation for the event, we invite you to take advantage of a unique opportunity to present your innovative project idea to the ECS community. By uploading your project idea in the ECS Collaboration Tool (deadline 23 January), you will be provided with a poster space, have the opportunity to make a 5-minute pitch in the plenary session and will already be able to search for project partners in the tool.
Prepare your poster and/or pitch presentation using the templates in the ECT and download your presentations.

Accommodation has not been pre-booked for you. However, we have arranged special room rates at hotels located within a short distance of the event venue, The EGG.
Please do not book accommodation until your registration has been officially approved.
Kindly note that these special rates are subject to availability, and only a limited number of rooms are reserved at each hotel.
