Participation to the ECS Brokerage Event is free of charge for members of the industry associations and for Public Authorities.

For those who are not part of one of these communities, a fee of €300 excluding VAT is to be paid in advance (non-refundable). For SMEs a reduced price of €150 excluding VAT applies (non-refundable). 

Please note that filling in your VAT number in the registration process is mandatory due to tax requirements.Included in your registration:

• in person participation in the sessions including interactive workshops
• networking with persons that are active in Electronic Components and Systems
• meeting spaces for consortium building for your project idea
• first-hand information about calls for projects and funding opportunities
• catering and a networking cocktail during the event
• wireless internet (WiFi) connection
  
  

For members of AENEAS, EPoSS and INSIDE, these services are included in the membership, so they do not pay a hospitality package for the ECS Brokerage.

Hotel and travel costs are not included. As spaces to the ECS Brokerage are limited, please do not book travel or accommodation until you have received confirmation that your registration has been accepted.
